How It Works

From preconstruction to turnover

STEP 01

Preconstruction

Conceptual estimates, design-assist, code and constructability reviews, and a lump-sum or GMP proposal built around your schedule.

STEP 02

Plan & Prefabricate

BIM modeling and clash detection, early procurement of long-lead gear, and LEAN off-site prefabrication to de-risk the field.

STEP 03

Build

Self-performed installation led by experienced foremen, with look-ahead schedules and transparent reporting.

STEP 04

Commission & Turn Over

Testing, startup, commissioning support and closeout documentation — then service for the life of the facility.

Safety isn't a line item

Every Crestline project runs on site-specific safety plans, daily pre-task planning, weekly toolbox talks, lockout/tagout and NFPA 70E arc-flash practices. Foremen are OSHA 30-trained, and every crew member completes OSHA 10, new-hire orientation and our drug- and alcohol-free workplace program. Ask for our prequalification package — EMR, OSHA logs, insurance and bonding.

Why Crestline

A partner for the projects that matter most

Owners and general contractors bring us in early and keep us through turnover because we deliver what we commit to — safely, on schedule and on budget.

Employee-owned

Our people own the company, and it shows in the quality of the work and how long clients stay with us.

Self-perform, trained in-house

Our own licensed electricians, technicians and PMP-certified project managers, developed through a registered apprenticeship and in-house foreman leadership training.

Early, honest numbers

Conceptual budgets backed by historical cost data and current commodity pricing — numbers that hold up from schematic design to GMP.

Prefabrication

Conduit racks, assemblies and control panels built in our prefab shop under controlled conditions to shorten schedules and improve quality and safety.

Schedule certainty

Fast-track experience, look-ahead planning, manpower to match the schedule, and clear reporting on progress and changes.

Financial strength

Bonding capacity and credit to support large programs, plus vendor alliances that secure materials and pricing in volatile markets.

FAQ

Common questions

Are you licensed, bonded and insured?

Yes. Crestline Electric, Inc. is a licensed, bonded and insured electrical contractor. Certificates of insurance, bonding letters and our full prequalification package are available on request.

What size projects do you take on?

Our focus is large commercial and industrial work — ground-up construction, data center and mission critical programs, plant expansions, healthcare and infrastructure. Our service group also handles smaller projects and ongoing maintenance for existing clients.

Can you get involved during design?

We prefer it. Our preconstruction team provides conceptual budgets, design-assist, value analysis, life-cycle costing and BIM coordination with 3D clash detection, so the electrical scope is priced and planned accurately before buyout. We provide lump-sum and GMP proposals.

How do we add Crestline to our bid list?

Send invitations to bid, drawings and prequalification requests to info@crestlineelectric.net. We'll confirm receipt and let you know our bid intent. Our prequalification package includes EMR and OSHA logs, insurance certificates, bonding letters and our safety program, and we maintain an active ISNetworld profile.

Do you handle controls and low-voltage systems too?

Yes. Our instrumentation and controls group designs, programs and installs PLC and SCADA systems and fabricates UL 508A control panels. Our technology group designs and installs structured cabling, fiber, security, access control, audio/visual and fire alarm systems — so one contractor carries the full electrical and systems scope.

Do you offer preventive maintenance agreements?

Yes. Our electrical preventive maintenance programs include visual inspection, cleaning, bus and connection torquing, insulation testing, infrared thermography, power quality analysis and load monitoring — scheduled around your operations, with owner-occupied, critical-system and clean-room protocols.

Where do you work?

Crestline is headquartered in the Dallas–Fort Worth area and supports projects throughout North Texas, and beyond for repeat clients and multi-site programs.

Do you offer 24/7 emergency service?

Yes — 24/7/365. Call (214) 507-9666 any time for outages, equipment failures or storm damage; an on-call service manager dispatches qualified technicians in fully stocked service trucks. If there is fire or smoke, evacuate and call 911 first.
